Congressional Crescent

This 1,600-square-foot basement renovation was designed for a growing family with four children who needed more functional living space. The homeowners wanted private bedrooms for their two daughters, along with two dedicated home offices that would allow both parents to work comfortably from home. Our team designed and built the entire basement, transforming the unfinished space into two bedrooms, two offices, and a spacious living and entertainment area featuring a custom media wall and electric fireplace. Completed in approximately eight weeks, the finished basement provides the family with greater privacy, flexibility, and plenty of room to relax and spend time together.
